Every 67 seconds, someone in our country is diagnosed with the Alzheimer's disease. This year to draw attention to this sad fact, each of my rides were 67km (41 miles). Sunday, August 17 to Saturday, August 23. Rest day Wednesday, August 20. All rides were in Southeastern CT. The ride on Sat. Aug 23 started and finished at the Norwich Alzheimer's Association Office at 19 Ohio Ave. in the Norwich Industrial Park.

In the following video you can see a rest stop that was taken in Norwich Harbor very close to the Southeastern CT chapter of the Alzheimer's Association. This was the start and finish of the seventh and final ride this year (2014). Throughout these 16 years, my effort has not only raised Alzheimer's awareness through cycling, but every chance I had I told people about the cause... This video is one example of what that looks like.

Over 14,000 miles of cross-country cycling are captured in my stories and photos!
Help me spread Alzheimer's awareness, research
and the need to support those on the front lines:
"the caregivers".
